About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Automotive Painter to perform paint operations at its Service Center in Phoenix - Happy Valley. The role includes preparing color tints to match paint colors, mixing paint, and ensuring formulations, preparation, top coating, and curing meet original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards for application sequence, timing, and material use. The painter ensures paint operations are complete, masking is removed, and paint-related disassembly is reassembled before returning the vehicle to the body technician.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
