Requirements

Minimum 2 years refinish technician experience
ICAR Certification
Strong and dependable work ethic
Fast, eager and a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform immediate task within target time frame
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Perform the automotive body work needed as outlined on repair order.
Have a skill set for paint, prep, refinish and buffing.
Understand and follow Collision Center safety guidelines, comply with OSHA specifications, wear and maintain appropriate safety equipment
Work with management to perform repairs based on the estimated cost
Identify and complete repairs effectively the first time, to minimize re-work and delay in production.
Work in ways that decrease the possibility of injury to yourself or other team members in the shop
Adhere to Vanguard guidelines, policies and practices and acting ethically and with integrity at all times and with all employees.
