Requirements

  • Proven dependability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous administrative experience is a required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits and credits)
  • General Ledger (GL) knowledge
  • Journal entry preparation and posting
  • Account reconciliations
  • Bank and cash reconciliations
  • Financial statement familiarity (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss)
  • Ability to identify and research discrepancies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping preferred
