About The Position

Caliber Auto Glass is hiring a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to replace automotive glass according to quality standards and repair damaged glass. The technician performs pre- and post-service inspections with customers, may use various tools and scanning equipment, and documents repair orders on a mobile device. The role also involves removing and installing trim panels and interior parts without causing damage, and prioritizing and managing time to complete assigned daily tasks.

The position offers hands-on experience within a production shop, paid skilled training and certifications, and career growth opportunities. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Pass pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Replace automotive glass while following quality standards.
• Repair damaged glass.
