About The Position

Caliber Auto Glass is hiring a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to replace automotive glass according to quality standards and repair damaged glass. The technician completes pre- and post-inspections with customers, may use various tools and scanning equipment, and documents repair orders using a mobile device. The role also involves removing and installing trim panels and interior parts without causing damage, and prioritizing and managing time to complete assigned daily tasks.

This role offers hands-on experience in a production shop, industry-comparable pay with weekly pay and overtime eligibility, and career growth opportunities. Paid skilled training and certifications, including I-CAR and ASE, are offered. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision vocational-technical certification.

Responsibilities
