The Mobile App Lead will be responsible for all activities and communications as it relates to JD Power’s annual automotive mobile app evaluation and report. The goal of the activities is identifying the best-in-class solutions and experiences that meet the customer’s needs. This is achieved by gathering real customer feedback on current experiences, complemented by expert evaluation, to strategically assess solutions within the U.S. market. Success in this role is driven by executing customer surveys, securing vehicles, conducting rigorous evaluations, and delivering actionable reports to subscribing clients to enhance the customer experience. The Mobile App Lead will lead JD Power’s annual automotive mobile app evaluation, delivering insights that identify best‑in‑class experiences in the U.S. market. By combining customer feedback with expert analysis, this role produces actionable recommendations that help clients improve their mobile offerings and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
