About The Position

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is hiring a full-time Master Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles. The role offers hourly flat-rate pay of $40–$55, with stated yearly earning potential of $100,000–$150,000 or more. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates. Technicians work in air-conditioned service shops with consistent workflow, updated equipment, supportive management, strong service writers, and fair dispatch. Requirements

At least 2 years of Master Service Technician experience.
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs.
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
