About The Position

Steve Padgett’s Honda of Lake Murray is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our brand into its next chapter of growth. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies designed to drive showroom traffic, increase vehicle sales, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven precision to maximize ROI across all channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience required; significant experience in the automotive industry is not required.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI and automation tools for marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing substantial budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills for brand storytelling and professional reporting.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement short- and long-range marketing plans to ensure dealership profitability and market share growth.
  • Research, implement, and manage AI-driven tools to automate workflows, personalize customer outreach, and improve overall operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee a 360-degree strategy including social media, SEO/SEM, website content, email marketing, radio, TV, and direct mail.
  • Analyze advertising ROI, website traffic, and market trends to pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Develop and manage monthly and annual budgets, ensuring high-impact, cost-effective campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external advertising agencies and creative teams.
  • Work directly with Dealer and leadership team to align marketing efforts with current inventory needs and monthly sales goals.
