About The Position
Kunes Auto Group is seeking skilled Automotive Maintenance Technicians to join their rapidly growing team. Technicians will be responsible for performing thorough inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks. They will also communicate with the service manager regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of wrenching experience in a Dealership or Service Center required
- Valid driver's license
- Your own Tools
Nice To Haves
- ASE and OEM certifications/training (preferred, but not required)
- A passion for all things automotive
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of new/used vehicles and identify any mechanical or electrical issues
- Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of any issues
- Repair or replace parts as necessary, such as brakes, tires, belts, hoses, and suspension systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Communicate with the service manager and provide recommendations for any repairs or maintenance work that may be needed
