About The Position

Toyota of Clarksville is searching for ambitious Maintenance Techs to join their team. This is a full-time position with service shop hours from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Technicians will have one day off during the week and some Saturdays. The role offers a starting pay of $15 per hour with opportunities for quick advancement and additional performance incentives. The service department is a year-round climate-controlled environment with state-of-the-art equipment and a focus on work-life balance. The company provides professional uniforms and laundry services, and covers all expenses associated with attaining manufacturer certifications, including training, travel, hotel accommodations, and food.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Complete and pass background check and drug screening.
• Meet motor vehicle record requirements.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Be able to perform in fast pace environment and maintain high level of quality repairs.

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
