About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring Automotive Lube Techs to provide service at a Jiffy Lube in Boynton Beach, Florida. The role involves caring for customers and their vehicles by identifying mechanical problems, performing preventative maintenance, addressing customer concerns, recommending repairs with labor and time estimates, and making requested repairs or replacing parts. Training is provided, and the position offers opportunities to learn and advance skills in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Compensation is up to $40,000 per year based on experience. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week depending on employment status. Shifts vary within business hours and include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts, with no late nights. The business is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Physical ability to perform typical vehicle repair and service tasks, including standing for several hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
Excellent mechanical skills and problem-solving drive.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service skills.
