About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring part-time and full-time Automotive Lube Techs to provide customer service at a Jiffy Lube in Westfield, Massachusetts. Using company-provided training, technicians identify mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, address customer concerns, recommend repairs, provide labor and time estimates, make repairs, and replace requested parts. The role calls for a positive attitude, strong communication, and staying current with training and knowledge. No prior experience is required; training is provided, and previous experience is a plus. The position pays up to $40,000 per year, based on experience. The company describes its environment as supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented, with humor and teamwork encouraged. Work schedules range from 15 to 40 hours per week depending on part-time or full-time status, and vary during business hours. Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends, but not late nights. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be physically able to perform typical vehicle repair and service tasks, stand for several hours at a time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
Excellent mechanical skills and problem-solving drive.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
No prior experience is required; training is provided.
