About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring part-time and full-time Automotive Technicians to provide automotive maintenance and customer service at a Jiffy Lube in Miami Shores, Florida. Using company-provided training, Lube Techs identify mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, address customer concerns, recommend repairs, provide labor and time estimates, make repairs, and replace requested parts. The role calls for a positive attitude, strong communication, and a commitment to keeping current with training and automotive knowledge.

Technicians work 15–40 hours per week depending on part-time or full-time status. Schedules vary within the business’s operating hours and include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts, with no late nights. The business is open 8 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Sunday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform typical vehicle repair and service tasks, including standing for several hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive experience is a plus.
