Automotive Lube Tech
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring part-time and full-time Automotive Lube Techs to provide vehicle maintenance and service at a Jiffy Lube in Miami Gardens, Florida. The role involves identifying mechanical problems, performing preventative maintenance, addressing customer concerns, recommending repairs with labor and time estimates, and completing repairs or replacing parts as requested. Training is provided, and prior experience is a plus. Work schedules range from 15 to 40 hours per week depending on employment status and include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts, with no late nights. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The position is located in ZIP code 33056.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform typical vehicle repair and service tasks, stand for several hours at a time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
