About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring part-time and full-time Automotive Lube Techs to provide vehicle maintenance and customer service at a Jiffy Lube in Hadley, Massachusetts. The company provides training and encourages employees to learn, advance their skills, and contribute in a collaborative, positive team environment. Compensation is up to $40,000 per year, based on experience. Lube Techs use their training to identify mechanical problems, provide preventative maintenance, address customer concerns, recommend repairs, estimate labor and time, and complete repairs or replace parts as requested. The role requires customer service and communication skills, mechanical ability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work schedules range from 15 to 40 hours per week depending on part-time or full-time status. Shifts vary during business hours and include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts, with no late nights. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Physical ability to perform typical vehicle repair and service tasks, including standing for several hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working in a variety of weather conditions.
Excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
