Requirements

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional attitude and dependable attendance
Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday

Previous automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of dealership inventory
Safely transport, stage, and position vehicles throughout dealership property
Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations, deliveries, and showroom display
Assist with inventory intake, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers
Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
Support sales staff with vehicle and inventory-related needs
Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, tagged, and secured
Maintain dealership appearance standards in both interior and exterior areas
Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues
Adhere to all dealership safety procedures and operational policies
Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
