Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Ability to use cleaning supplies, brushes, cloths, and basic maintenance tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment checks (background check, MVR, drug screening)
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management: track vehicle locations and maintain accurate records
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and visually appealing; ensure vehicles are properly parked and displayed
- Wash and maintain vehicle appearance; report any cosmetic issues
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles as they are delivered by carriers or other dealerships
- Manage vehicle keys and ensure secure access
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed
- Help place marketing materials on and in vehicles
- Support sales team by moving vehicles for test drives or display purposes
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment problems promptly
