About The Position
The Automotive Lot Coordinator serves as the liaison between the dealership and All-Pro, coordinating vehicle inspections, repairs, invoicing, transportation, and daily lot operations. The role maintains communication with dealership management and the Area Manager, organizes work to meet company standards and timelines, and supports quality, sales-volume, recruiting, and supply needs at assigned locations. The position is not responsible for performance management, discipline, hiring, or terminations. Work is primarily performed in a garage or outdoors in a fast-paced, team-based environment. The coordinator may be required to work at other nearby job sites, and weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles as they arrive at the dealership for work to be completed.
- Maintain relationships with dealership management and serve as a liaison between the dealership and All-Pro.
- Invoice and submit billing according to All-Pro policy; follow up to ensure invoices receive a repair order, purchase order, and signature.
- Research and resolve communication issues with the dealership as needed.
- Assist with and communicate about vehicle transportation.
- Organize work to meet company standards and time requirements.
- Inspect and audit the Front Line to ensure standards and quality.
- Maintain service drive sales, volume, and communication.
- Communicate location issues to the Area Manager and partner with the Area Manager on recruiting.
- Place initial orders for supplies and materials.
- Ensure key control and other risk policies are followed daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
