About The Position

As an Exchange Coordinator, you are responsible for inspecting vehicles, completing the proper forms for the vehicles, and updating computer systems and spreadsheets. The pay rate for this role starts at $19 per hour based on experience. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Requirements

• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles daily.
• Welcome and assist customers with their vehicle exchange.
• Complete inspection forms for every vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles for scheduled pick-up multiple times per day.
• Match completed paperwork and key for every vehicle.
• Set up Stellantis customers with required apps and technology.
