About The Position

Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe is seeking a full-time Lot Porter to join their team in Monroe, WA. The Lot Porter will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring available parking for customers, and arranging new and pre-owned inventory. This role requires the ability to work independently, interact with customers for valet parking, and possess a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Walk and stand for an entire shift in inclement weather, including extreme heat or cold
• Have a track record of consistent attendance
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and park many types of vehicles sometimes in tight spaces
• Reliable transportation to work
• Must be able to bend, twist, crouch and reach
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Valid WA Driver's License with a good driving record required
• Model a strong work ethic and exhibit a desire to grow

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot tight at all times, retaining available parking for customers
• Arrange all new and pre-owned inventory in organized, straight and immaculate lines
• Work without supervision and still give 100% effort
• Interact with customers to assist with valet parking their vehicles when needed
