About The Position

Automotive Line Technicians / Mechanics of all skill levels are needed. Senior Master Certified Technicians receive 3 weeks of PTO starting on day 1. Job duties involve inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying vehicle repairs, performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling/reassembling components, and repairing/replacing parts. This role requires independent judgment, documenting work and hours per policies, and road testing vehicles for quality assurance. Work is performed indoors in a shop environment. Tools used include mechanic's hand and power tools that produce significant vibration and force. Standing and walking are required for the entire shift. Frequent pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling are necessary to access vehicle parts. Lifting, pushing, and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds are occasionally required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years previous mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • A valid driver license and good driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities
