Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Clean Driving Record
Valid Driver License
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Troubleshooting and diagnostic repair skills
Previous experience as a Lift Installer/Technician
Ability to lift heavy equipment
Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 90'
Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
Previous experience leading and managing a team
Commitment to safety
Hands-on attitude
