About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking a Key Technician in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves working an assigned route of dealers and other customers to produce duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and inventory, submitting invoices and work orders, and developing customer relationships. The position is suitable for individuals who are mechanical, electronically inclined, independent, and motivated, with an interest in high-security keys and complex transponder systems. Prior experience is preferred, but training is available for candidates with the right attitude and drive.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred
