About The Position

Join our team The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. As we continue to grow we are adding on to our current accounting department on our Inventory team. This is an on-site position in NW Raleigh, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Associate's degree in accounting or related field
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience (preferred)
Supervisory or Team Lead skills with the ability to coach, train and give day-to-day direction and feedback

Responsibilities

Setting up floorplan payoff
Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise
Paying all transportation bills
Getting titles ready for auction for our locations
Posting payments for wholesales
Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory
Billing all wholesale deals
Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules
Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan
Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement
All other tasks/projects as assigned
