About The Position

City Auto Memphis is hiring a full-time Automotive Internet Sales Representative to join our high-performing dealership team. In this role, you'll manage online leads, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and use social media to help generate interest in our vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, motivated, responsive, and excited to grow in automotive sales. Plus, we offer a 4-day workweek option that includes 5 consecutive days off each month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage online leads
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Use social media to help generate interest in our vehicles
  • Respond to inbound internet leads
  • Follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media
  • Set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle
  • Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Combine inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement
