About The Position

Newton Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies and excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of automotive sales, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic to the dealership's website and increase lead generation.
  • Monitor online inventory and ensure accurate vehicle listings with attractive descriptions and photos.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with online leads and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other software systems effectively to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the online sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
