Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Assign and manage leads effectively to maximize engagement and conversion, transforming interest into showroom visits while teaching your team to do the same.
- Collaboration: Conduct weekly 30-minute meetings and daily one-on-ones with salespeople to enhance lead engagement and foster teamwork.
- Deal Structuring: Utilize your expertise to work deals and drive sales success, minimizing the lag time from customer inquiry to sending information, with a strong focus on securing appointments.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups on leads. The candidate must be comfortable calling customers and have demonstrated the ability to handle calls effectively.
