About The Position

Your Mission As our Automotive Internet Manager in Colorado Springs, you’ll turn digital interest into real showroom momentum—fast, sharp, and measurable. This role exists to own the online-to-instore handoff and keep every opportunity moving toward a sold unit.

Requirements

• 4+ years in automotive sales, BDC, or internet management
• Strong command of automotive CRM/lead tools
• Confident written/verbal communication and team leadership
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Rapidly engaging internet leads via phone, text, email, and chat
• Locking in and confirming appointments that actually show
• Managing CRM/ILM workflows, statuses, and follow-up discipline
• Coaching BDC/sales teammates on scripts, objection handling, and closing rhythm
• Keeping website listings, photos, pricing, and descriptions accurate
• Tracking KPIs like response time, contact rate, show rate, and close rate
