We are seeking an enthusiastic Internet BDC Agent to join our growing team at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville. This role involves assisting customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone, managing high-volume communications, and supporting the sales team to drive appointments and sales. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to complete and pass background check and drug screening

High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone.
Answer customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner.
Assist product specialists with setting, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
Perform data mining to increase appointments and sales.
Assist internet team members with follow-up processes.
Build relationships for long-term customer retention.
Maintain dealership reputation through professional and knowledgeable customer communication.
Maintain interdepartmental relationships to efficiently meet customer needs.
Follow structured and consistent processes.
