About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their growing team as an Interior Repair Technician. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform mobile interior repairs on vehicles, including fixing rips, tears, burns, and stains. The technician will also mix dyes and restore surfaces to a like-new condition, while building strong customer relationships and promoting services. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided, including travel and lodging. The position offers commission-based, uncapped earning potential with significant first-year and long-term earning possibilities. Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs
Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors
Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
