This phone-based sales role supports both retail and commercial customers, including existing accounts and new prospects. The position is responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, delivering customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions about parts, pricing, warranties, delivery timelines, and services. Provide customers with accurate information on warranties, pricing, part quality, delivery timelines, and payment methods. Complete internal documentation related to transactions, including credits, invoices, work orders, interchange details, and returns. Prospect for new business and develop relationships with potential customers. Communicate unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and other customer-required information. Recommend part substitutions or modifications when requested parts are unavailable. Process orders by entering order details and reviewing handling instructions, pricing, quantities, and shipping information; dispatch orders where applicable. Follow up with customers as needed to support service, sales, and order completion. Perform other duties as assigned.
