About The Position

Sands Chevrolet Surprise is in need of a Heavy Line GM Service Technician, where you will play a vital role in repairing General Motors vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. We are in the fastest growing part of town and have a tremendous amount of customer traffic. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a team dedicated to excellence in service and automotive repair. Our shop is air conditioned and we have an excellent work environment. Requirements

Experience as a GM Certified Technician is required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to use diagnostic tools, equipment, and technology effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair GM vehicles using approved service procedures and tools to perform heavy line work
Identify mechanical and electrical issues and provide accurate estimates for repair
Document all work performed and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to company and industry standards
Stay updated with the latest GM service bulletins and training requirements
