Requirements

  • Experience with warranty and non-warranty repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on multiple vehicle makes and models.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturer repair procedures precisely.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Technical or trade school education is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technical resources for effective troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with technical publications, service bulletins, and manufacturer updates.
  • Complete repair orders and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities based on factory recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Engage in ongoing training and certification programs.
  • Work efficiently to meet or exceed service department productivity goals.
