This leadership role partners with the General Manager to oversee New and Used Sales, Financial Services, and Fixed Operations. The General Sales Manager is responsible for driving store performance by attracting, developing, and retaining talent, and ensuring an exceptional customer buying and ownership experience. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is a large and successful automotive dealership group, affiliated with over 25 new vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, employing over 3,500 individuals nationwide, offering significant growth opportunities.
