About The Position

This is a leadership role for a high-volume, high-performing automotive location in the Denver metro area. The company is looking for someone who can build on the existing strong team and help define how Alloy operates. This is not a maintenance role, but a leadership position focused on driving performance, culture, and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a high-level operation in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal)
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
  • Successfully managed a high-volume, high-performing shop
  • Know how to lead people, not just manage tasks
  • Comfortable holding a high standard and being held to one
  • Communicate clearly and handle hard conversations well
  • Take ownership without waiting for direction
  • Want to be part of building something, not just running something

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day operations of the shop
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to keep the shop fully staffed and performing at a high level.
  • Develop and coach advisors and technicians
  • Drive performance across sales, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and safety
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and workflow
  • Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and rollouts
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience
  • Do whatever it takes to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and live out our values
  • Lead and develop a high-level team of advisors and technicians
  • Own the performance of a high-volume operation
