Automotive General Manager - Company-Owned Model Center
About The Position
All Tune has moved its Corporate Headquarters to Austin, and our South Austin shop is our first company-owned model center. As General Manager, you won't just manage daily operations; you’ll help define the business processes and standards for our national brand. The capital investment is already underway: we’ve installed a new alignment machine, all lifts are under two years old, and a complete exterior renovation hits the property over the next 30 days followed by a heavy marketing push. We are looking for an ambitious GM, or a high-performing Service Manager / Lead Advisor ready to step up and build a high-volume, profitable operation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive leadership experience (General Manager, Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or Lead Advisor)
- Strong leadership, communication, and counter-sales skills
- Strong understanding of shop financials and key performance metrics
- Valid driver's license required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management systems preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with transparent recommendations
- Hire, coach, lead, and develop technicians and advisors
- Optimize workflow, productivity, and operational performance
- Grow fleet relationships, car count, and overall sales
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including car count, ARO, and gross profit
- Help drive long-term growth
