About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a high-performing import dealership in Sutter County. Our organization has built a reputation for operational excellence, strong market performance, and a customer-first culture. We are now looking for a proven leader to build on that success and drive the next phase of growth. This role offers full executive oversight of dealership operations, including Sales, Fixed Operations, and Finance. The General Manager will be empowered to shape strategy, develop leadership talent, and enhance overall performance across all departments. You will partner directly with ownership that is committed to continued investment, operational discipline, and long-term success—providing both the autonomy and support required to excel.

Requirements

Proven success as a General Manager or high-performing GSM within an automotive dealership (import experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed performance benchmarks in both sales and fixed operations
Strong financial acumen, with deep understanding of dealership KPIs and profitability drivers
Track record of building, developing, and retaining top-tier teams
Results-driven leadership style with a high level of accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities
