Automotive General Manager
About The Position
Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a talented, dedicated, and quality-focused General Manager to oversee the overall operation of their center. This role involves risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The General Manager will be responsible for rewarding, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring current and previous financial performance metrics to identify opportunities and trends, and ensuring that vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Protech's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partner guidelines, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Advanced understanding of Estimates
- Must have prior experience with OEM
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
