About The Position
Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager with a proven track record in selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. The dealership is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long-term, repeat business relationships. The compensation range is $250K-$300K+.
Requirements
- Prior 5 years of Automotive Management experience required.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology for CRM.
- Applicants with strong references and a solid background will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a high-volume, fast-paced dealership including sales, service, parts, and finance.
- Lead and motivate the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales data, and financial reports.
