About The Position

The Automotive & Fleet Service Technician plays an important part in keeping our fleet running smoothly and safely. This role focuses on light-duty fleet maintenance (oil changes, brakes, lights, and basic repairs)—not heavy diesel or facility maintenance work. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Must provide your own tools
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• CDL-A is a plus but not required
• 1-2 years of automotive maintenance experience preferred
• Familiar with electrical wiring, a plus
• Strong Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to high-quality work
• Good judgment and strong situational awareness

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on fleet of vehicles and trailers.
• Perform light-duty repairs such as brakes, lights, batteries, and basic mechanical fixes (no major engine or diesel rebuilds)
• Ensure tools and repair equipment operate in a safe working condition.
• Accurately completes documentation for maintenance and repairs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Supports related tasks and team needs.
