About The Position

This role is for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager at Lexus of Thousand Oaks, a luxury dealership in Southern California. The position emphasizes a consultative, menu-based sales approach with a strong focus on integrity, compliance, and providing an excellent guest experience that aligns with the Lexus brand. The dealership is part of Swickard Auto Group, a growing hospitality company in the automotive sector, and this role is crucial in finalizing the guest experience by building trust through honest and transparent deal-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
  • Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu.
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements, including California-specific regulations.
  • High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts.
  • Polished, professional communicator.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred (Lexus, Toyota, Acura, Honda, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or similar backgrounds are a strong advantage).
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Lexus standard of care.
  • Structure deals accurately and efficiently, balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that matches what brought them to Lexus.
  • Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio, ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized for a luxury buyer profile.
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements (Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable California-specific requirements).
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office.
  • Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard, ensuring every deal is fundable and every file is complete.
  • Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products.
  • Support the development of Sales Consultants' and Brand Specialists' product knowledge and F&I referral habits.
