About The Position
Route 128 Honda is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join their high-performing team. As one of the largest-volume Honda dealerships in New England, the dealership offers the traffic, resources, and support needed for success, while also prioritizing work-life balance with a schedule that allows for personal time. The role involves presenting finance and protection products, arranging financing, maximizing penetration, maintaining compliance, completing paperwork, and collaborating with sales and management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership experience
- Minimum 2 years of successful F&I Manager experience
- Proven finance and product sales performance
- Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills
- Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance standards
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Present finance and protection products in a professional and compliant manner
- Arrange financing through a network of lending partners
- Maximize finance and product penetration while ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements

- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals
