Requirements
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
- Experience with dealership finance and insurance processes
- Proven ability to structure profitable deals
- Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through financing options and help secure the best solutions for their needs
- Present and explain additional products to enhance the ownership experience
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Submit deals to lenders, make credit decisions, and successfully close transactions
- Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and finalize all required paperwork and contracts accurately
- Review and audit deals post-sale to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure timely funding of all contracts
