About The Position

Garavel CJDR, a family Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram dealership since 2002 and Connecticut's highest-volume Jeep dealership, is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager. We are committed to enhancing the car ownership experience through sales, service, and parts. We hire for attitude and train for skills. This role is crucial for maximizing dealership profitability and ensuring an excellent customer experience by managing the final title work, finance paperwork, vehicle registration, and addressing customer questions about ownership costs. The Finance Manager will collaborate with sales staff to achieve income, sales volume, and customer service goals.

Requirements

Must have previous work experience as a Finance Manager or related position at a dealership
Ability to follow a process
Strong technical skills
Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience
Previous experience with finance, insurance, and auto dealership software, CRM Automate experience is a plus!
Coachable and possess the ability to learn and develop
Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle report

Responsibilities

Process finance and lease transactions, including lenders' approval and timely funding.
Ensure all administrative processes are handled promptly and comply with company policy.
Address all returned contract issues.
Complete all required title transfer transactions.
Communicate transaction progress with the Sales Managers on a deal-to-deal basis.
Ensure the dealership fully complies with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
Ensure customer satisfaction on every transaction and address any issues immediately if needed.
