About The Position

This role involves securing financing for customers, presenting finance and insurance products, and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Tekion or similar DMS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Secure financing for customers through lenders and financial institutions
• Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation
• Work closely with sales team to finalize deals efficiently
