About The Position

Spitzies Harley Davidson is seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for a temporary 60-day position to cover a leave of absence. The role involves joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team, and a strong community reputation. The ideal candidate will be ready to start immediately and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I experience is REQUIRED.
• Proven track record of selling products to clients.
• Working knowledge of the finance process.
• Ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
