About The Position

Tom Wood JLRV, Indy is seeking a motivated and experienced Luxury Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance processes to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience, while maximizing dealership profitability.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance management, preferably within a luxury automotive brand environment.
Strong understanding of credit applications, lending processes, and compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in relevant software and financial management tools.
Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all F&I functions, including credit application processing, financing, and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Work closely with sales and management teams to offer customers tailored financing solutions that meet their needs.
Present vehicle and additional product financing options to customers professionally and clearly.
Negotiate and secure finance terms and contracts with customers and lenders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance products, rates, and lending institutions' procedures.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendors to support the dealership’s finance offerings.
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team regarding finance processes and products.
