Requirements

  • Product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for team-building with sales and the general office.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a current state insurance license.
  • High level of accuracy in processing complex finance and lease deals.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies while conducting business ethically and professionally.
  • Assisting our customers in person, by telephone, and by email ethically and professionally.
  • Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale, including obtaining customer signatures, securing payoff/insurance information, and checking for correct title and lien information before forwarding to accounting.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle finance departments.
  • Provide the sales force with current information about finance and lease programs and train them on the benefits of these products.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
