About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for maximizing dealership profitability, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping customers secure the financing and protection products that best fit their needs. If you’re highly skilled in structuring deals, building lender relationships, selling F&I products, and creating a seamless delivery experience, we want to talk with you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience required
- Proven track record of F&I production and profitability
- Strong experience with special finance and lease transactions
- Knowledge of lender programs and financing structures
- Thorough understanding of state registration, title, tax, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient with dealership management and finance software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Structure finance and lease deals to maximize profitability and lender approval rates
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products
- Secure financing through a network of lending institutions
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Prepare and review all finance and title documentation for accuracy
- Manage the customer delivery process from contract signing through funding
- Monitor departmental performance and profitability goals
- Maintain exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
