Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager - Flow Automotive Companies
About The Position
Flow Automotive Companies is seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team. Candidates must have experience as either an Automotive F&I Manager or Sales Manager to be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, sales, and leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a Finance Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find financing and protection products that best fit their needs. Candidates with no experience will not be considered for this role.
Requirements
- Previous automotive F&I or Sales Manager experience (new or used)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Candidates with no experience will not be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection products using a menu-based sales process
- Work with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers
- Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless purchase experience while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability
